Great service - Over and Above

From ordering the bike to being informed about its delivery, the whole thing has been very easy and convenient. I particularly appreciated the fact that they had essentially built the bike before it was delivered as it was a kids bike and could fit in one of the big adult size boxes. They went over and above what they said on their website. They packaged it beautifully. Absolutely stunning service. Not very often that companies do more than they say they will. Highly recommended.
